Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 50 euros to be paid on site. Additional information : - Shared swimming pool available from 01/01 to 31/12. - Free parking on site included in the rental price. - Cleaning can be done by the tenant or arranged for 50 euros on site. - No smoking indoors, pets and parties are not allowed. - Bed linens, towels, and tourist tax are included in the price.
