Exceptional decor beach front condo in Flamingos Nuevo Vallarta at Marítima Playa, very close to Bucerias 1.5K, amazing views, ocean front located on 5th floor just steps from the beach. 2 bed, 3 full bath, 1 studio (can be a 3rd bed/office). Huge social area with equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, webber grill, gym, in site restaurant, fully decorated with art and good taste, wifi, huge roof top with gym, bar, pool and jacuzzy (roof top available from january 2022). Nice new and modern building.
