Property information

A classic Mexican architecture mansion. With colonial-style colorful floors. Walls made of 1-meter-thick adobe. The house has been modified only to provide the necessary amenities for our guests but overall, it retains its original charm. Just steps away from El Llano Park, 2 blocks from Santo Domingo or the Jalatlaco neighborhood.

Neighbourhood information

El Parque El Llano (officially known as Paseo Juárez), the largest within the city of Oaxaca. It dates back to colonial times and originally housed the city's zoo and other social areas. Later, it was transformed into its current form, featuring two large fountains and in the center, a monument to the most illustrious of all Oaxacans, Benito Juárez. The park is surrounded by buildings such as the Juárez Theater, the Temple and the old Convent of Guadalupe, the Temple of Our Lady of Patronage, as well as restaurants and shops. Ideal para salir a correr o camina. Con bancas bajo grandes arboles para poder leer, relajarse o simplemente observar la vida diaria de la comunidad. Cuenta con una vida propia ya que durante el día se pueden encontrar puestos de café, comida y antojitos regionales.
