Welcome to Casa Alkimia Town.
Casa Alkimia Town is located in a very good area in the city centre, only a few steps from the main street where you can enjoy the best restaurants and cafes on the island. It's only 400 meters far from the port and 150 meters far from one of the most world-famous beaches: Playa Norte.
The property has seven rooms, all with private balcony and some with sea view. The rooftop has a small swimming pool with a 360 degree panoramic view of the center.
Casa Alkimia is managed directly by us.
We’re Andrea and Flavio, two Italian guys – curious, creative with a strong temperament and always ready to travel. We love discovering new cultures, meeting people from all over the world, and finding inspiration in every experience. We’re open-minded and enjoy creating a welcoming space where everyone feels free to be themselves. For us, hosting isn’t just about offering a place to sleep – it’s about sharing stories, ideas, and genuine moments.
