This area with many new apartment buildings, has recent develop many food stores, groceries and licor stores and today is not necessary to drive into Chicxulub or Progreso port to purchase these goods. Boat rides, private tours available upon request. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washer & dryer available for free. Upon check in the last cleaning service is charge. Electricity included up to 12 kwh per day (winter and fall season) and 19 kwh per day spring and summer seasons In case you require a spa massage this must be paid upfront at least 72 hours prior to the services.
