La casa cuenta con 4 habitaciones con baño cada una, totalmente independientes entre sí, privadas así como jardín y terrazas.
Contamos con Internet de alta velocidad gratuito.
A pocas cuadras se encuentra "Fabrica La Aurora" uno de los principales atractivos contemporáneos en San Miguel de Allende.
