Este departamento está en la mejor ubicación de la ciudad ya que está a sólo metros del mar y en la zona de restaurantes, bares de la ciudad, cafés, básicamente donde pasa toda la acción, cuenta además con una terraza amplia para relajarse durante la tarde, TV grande con Netflix, sofá amplio y cómodo para dormir una persona extra, 2 cuartos amplios con closet, cocina totalmente equipada, 2 baños completos y una pequña vista desde el cuarto principal. Perfecto para vivir en familia o amigos.

Es la zona preferida por excelencia de los locales y turistas, ya que se encuentra en el mero corazón del centro de la ciudad, los lugares con mas onda están a solo pasos, desde cafés regionales con excelente ambiente, restaurantes con gran propuesta gastronómica, bares, farmacia, taxis en la esquina, un museo. Es el centro de la Paz. Tendrás todas las opciones de transportación disponibles en esta ubicación ya que hay taxis en la esquina, uber en toda ka ciudad, la central de camiones a media cuadra, estacionamiento en calle, además si necesitas podemos mandar a recogerte en el aeropuerto con nuestra transportación por un precio adicional pero al costo, sin cargos extra.
