We are a Mexican-German couple who have lived and worked in tourism in this area for over 20 years. We always strive to provide our guests with the best possible service. Casa Sofia Holbox is our pride and joy and we hope you will enjoy your stay with us. Casa Sofia Holbox - Feel like home... in paradise! In the recent years Holbox has become one of the most popular vacation spots for visitors from all over the world. If you are still looking for the essence of the once well-kept secret, you will find it in Casa Sofia Holbox. In our small hotel with only 6 rooms you will feel like home…. in paradise! Our rooms are all individually decorated and furnished. Our style is Caribbean chic with many natural materials like wood and palm leaves. Each room has its own terrace. The palapa roofs, typical for this region, provide a refreshing environment to enjoy breezy mornings and afternoons. All rooms (except one) are accessible only by wooden stairs. There are no elevators. Our studio "Luna" and the superior double room "Sol" are located on the 3rd and 4th floor with a breathtaking view. However, we would like to point out that you should not be afraid of heights or have a walking disability if you wish to book these accommodations. Casa Sofia Holbox does not have a reception. From Monday to Saturday in the mornings there will be an employee for cleaning and maintenance. Information how to access the accommodation will be provided on the day of arrival. Before and during the stay we stay in touch with our clients via the official platform of booking.
