The El Dorado Building is one of the most popular buidings in the Romantic Zone. Full wide balcony, 180 degree ocean views. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths ad right on Los Muertos Beach. There are mini split A/C units in both bedrooms and the main living area. High speed Internet works great anywhere in the condo. The Christmas week is 12/19 - 12/25 and New Years week is Dec 26 - Jan 1. Each week requires a 7 night booking and the weeks cannot be split up.
I have been renting and selling properties in Puerto Vallarta for over 20 years. I have an office in PV and one in the United States. I love Puerto Vallarta and have a website with about 150 properties for rent and I am also a certified real estate broker. The Romantic Zone is one f the most popular areas in PV. There are 100's of restaurants, shops, bars, nightclubs and grocery stores all within walking distance. Best of all....you are right on Los Muertos Beach.
