A7 is a cozy 1 studio, 1 bathroom condo in El Pueblo Condominiums. Very lush landscaping, secure parking, and a sparkling swimming pool make for a pleasant getaway spot in the center of town. Located on the 2nd floor, your patio overlooks the greenery of the development. Just down the street from popular Capone's, and Manny's Beach Club on the Mirador, you are close to fun entertainment choices, and far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet as well.
El Pueblo has a bit of a 'Southwest' feel to the design, including the wooden visas of the patio roof. The interior is centered around the living area and seating area, The kitchen has a nice tile countertop, and there are bar stools as well. There are maple cabinets and appliances including a coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Futon sofa and chair are convertible for extra sleeping options. No pets please, and this condo has no T.V..
