This 1140 ft² apartment features magnificent spaces with large sliding glass doors. When you open them onto our 160 ft² balconies, you'll feel perfectly harmonized with the surrounding jungle. Natural light floods each room throughout the day. The decorations are all unique and 100% handmade by Mayan artisans, adding an authentic local touch to your stay. To maximize your comfort, we did consider every little detail. Our fiber-optic internet connection is extremely fast, allowing you to work remotely or stream any content without issues. Several parking spaces are available outside of the building. The whole apartment is equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning, smart TVs and a sets of Bluetooth speakers available literally in every room. As a bonus, we provide a video projector for your movie’s nights. As you understood, you will only need to unpack to fully feel on vacation. The apartment can accommodate up to eight people (six adults, one kid and one baby). Both rooms have double beds (king and queen), there is a double sofa bed with sheets in the living room and we also provide a single futon for a kid and a toddler bed that you can place anywhere. The building houses 12 apartments and features a rooftop terrace of over 4305 ft². From there, you will find a breathtaking panoramic view on hundreds of kilometers of jungle. Located just 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the beach, our residence offers an ideal location. You can easily get around by bike or taxi to make your way to the beach and main points of interest in the city. However, we strongly recommend you to get a rental car, it will definitely make everything more easy. If you really wish to discover Tulum around, it will even be cheaper to get your own car from the start versus paying taxis all stay long. We are strategically located 5 minutes from the main federal road of the Yucatan, which connects Playa del Carmen to the north, Bacalar to the south, and Coba to the west. You can easily take “colectivos,” vans that pass every 3 minutes and can take you anywhere in the region, including the places we recommend.
