The reservation charge will appear on the credit card statement in the name of: Hotelera Playa Paraíso, S.A. of C.V. For more information about the charge for this reservation, please contact the hotel. The name of the holder of the credit card used to pay must match the name of one of the guests listed on the reservation. The same credit card and government-issued ID must be presented upon check-in. Payments are not accepted at the hotel. Reservations that have not been paid for will be canceled before arrival. If an invoice is requested, it will be issued by Hotelera Playa Paraíso, S.A. de C.V., based in Mexico.
An environmental fee of 32.57 MXN per night per room must be paid upon check-in. The type of bed selected is subject to availability at the hotel.
