BEAUTIFUL 2 STOREY VILLA WITHIN AN EXCLUSIVE CONDO, ASSURING PRIVACY AND SECURITY. 3 BEDROOMS EACH WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM. ENCHANTING GARDEN, POOL AND TERRACE JACUZZI. JUST STEPS AWAY FROM TULUM TOWN CENTER AND ITS WIDE CHOICE OF SHOPS, RESTAURANTS AND BARS. BBQ. ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL SERVICES SUCH AS PRIVATE CHEFS, MASSAGE SERVICE AND MORE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.

Close walk to Tulum town offering wide array of restaurants, bars and shops and a 15 minute drive to the beach area. If you have no rental car then taxis readily available or bikes and quads available to rent to visit the many sites in the area Private parking on site.
