Beautiful new Spanish style build with modern conveniences located just blocks from the Parroquia. This large 2 bedroom apartment is brand new with rooftop jacuzzi with views of the Parroquia, filtered water throughout, large closets, large tubs and rooftop dining gives you that old world feel with all new amenities. We offer the most comfortable, brand new beds with luxury bedding and pillows, all brand new. The location can't be beat in a safety of Centro with walking distance to everything. This stylish apartment has been professionally designed with all custom furniture and art. The apartment itself is large is about 1200 square feet of space set up with three private terraces and a shared rooftop with jacuzzi. This is the only unit with two matrimonial size beds in one of the bedrooms and a pull out queen size couch. Water filtration has been installed for clean drinking water throughout the entire building. You will see the quality and care of each detail put into this stunning property.
