A place where the modern and traditional architecture of the colonial Merida is combined within a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Located in the heart of Merida, in one of its most beautiful, emblematic and safe areas with a wide cultural, historical and gastronomic offer. We are 80 meters from Paseo de Montejo and Palacio Cantón. On foot to the Historical Center you will enjoy parks, squares, churches and very interesting places.
Our space consists of a central patio-garden as a common area or meeting point for reading, work or relaxation. Five comfortable apartments on two levels border this area. All apartments are independent, furnished and equipped and have living room, kitchen and bathroom. We offer two apartments with 1 room and three with 2 rooms. Here you will truly feel at home.

Our privileged location allows you to be close to everything: museums, historical monuments, parks, squares, churches, restaurants, cafes, markets, mexican "cantinas" and many other places of interest with cultural and sporting events. We are also close to universities, colleges, language, study and business centers, the Mérida stadium and even the beach (Progreso) and additionally easy access to public or private means of transport.
