We are a family owned and operated rental management company, predominantly for non-resident owners, who share our same love of La Paz. We look after their properties and when they are not in town we take care of them and welcome other like minded visitors to stay in their homes. Every home is unique, but they all have one thing in common. This is that they are very well looked after and will make a great place to stay for your time here in La Paz. Sensational 2-bedroom vacation townhome with a private pool & awesome amenities! - Have the best beach vacation, steps from the sea, with an oceanview roof deck lounge - Private pool, BBQ, hammock, outdoor bar, indoor game room w/poker table & more - 6.7 km | 4.2 mi to El Coromuel Beach & 26 km|16 mi to beautiful Balandra Beach - 900 m or a 10-min walk to the famous Malecón (waterfront walk street) & downtown - Good Wi-Fi, washer/dryer & on-site parking for 2 vehicles. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a fifty-six USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in. Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room. Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear. Please note that the pool is not heated. The pool cleaning company comes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the property. They do not enter the home. Please note there's construction happening nearby and sometimes noise can be heard during daytime work hours. Please remove all trash and dispose of it in secured, tied bags. The trash should be placed in the basket located just outside the house. The TV is equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.
