El lugar es una casa adosada antigua muy cómoda y con todo el acceso a la zona centro de Guadalajara. Tenemos a una calle los tours de la ciudad y a los diferentes paseos tiruisgicos que ofrece Jalisco. Alrededor se encuentran todos los museos , bares y antros LGBT así como resintos culturales del estado. Todo está de fácil acceso ya que el mercado nos queda a solo una calle. Hay mucha comida y variedad de tiendas alrededor. Es un lugar seguro en las noches.
