All-inclusive rates include breakfast, lunch, and dinner at select restaurants during your stay, as well as an open bar for select alcoholic beverages from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (only for guests 18 and older). Package benefits expire at 11:00 a.m. on the day of check-out.
Children ages 6 to 12 who are part of an all-inclusive reservation will be charged an additional MXN 1,500 per night per child.
Children 12 and older are considered additional adults and may apply.
Scala Ocean Club: At our open-air beach club, you'll enjoy the finest combination of flavors, music, and spectacular views. Perfect for groups and families, we invite you to enjoy our excellent food and drinks while soaking in the breathtaking view of Playa Bonfil and the iconic Acapulco sunset.

Only one pet up to 9 kg (20 lbs) is allowed per room. This service incurs a fee of MXN 1500 per night (tax included). Guests wishing to stay with pets must notify the property in advance. Pets cannot be left alone in guest rooms. Pets are not allowed in restaurants, bars, pool areas, the spa, the fitness center, or any other areas designated by hotel staff. Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by the pet and must sign a waiver upon arrival. • No-shows or cancellations outside of the stated timeframe will result in non-refundable reservations.
• The palapa reservation deposit is redeemable for food and beverages only, is non-refundable, and does not waive the towel service deposit or gratuities (which will be paid separately, if applicable). It cannot be used in any other area of the property.
The "Elan" Spa, located in the Palacio Mundo Imperial, features a team of Balinese therapists and offers spa services such as 4-hand massage, lymphatic drainage, and bamboo and warm seashell massages. Hours may vary based on occupancy. Please inquire.
