In the surrounding area there are shopping areas, restaurants, casino, shops, park. Covered and private parking for one vehicle. It is very well located in the northern part of the city, there are bus stops and it is very close to supermarkets, shopping malls, banks and we even have an AVIS car rental company in the building. On the eighth floor we have 3 to 4 restaurants and bars. Located 5 blocks from Paseo de Montejo, which is the main avenue of this City.
