Our home is located in the middle of TJ & Rosarito, meaning you'll have the best of both worlds without having to drive far out and deal with traffic. Beach 5 mins away, Rosarito: 10 mins. Playas de TJ: 10 mins. Downtown TJ: 15 mins.

Our home is large and spacious enough to fit everyone comfortably. It's located in a peaceful gated beach community with 24/7 security, which is great for kids playing outside. Enjoy the inside-outside living as the glass sliding doors in the living room open completely into the backyard and pool area. Enjoy the spacious backyard which offers a heated pool, sitting and dining areas, a fire pit, BBQ grill, and a play area for kids. The house is in a gated beach community. There's an Oxxo ( Convenience store ), meat market, BBQ restaurant, liquor store, mini market, bakery, and Birria restaurant a short 5-minute walk away. There is a private beach just 5 minutes away that has beautiful sunsets. Papas & Beer/downtown Rosarito is just 10 minutes away. Playas de Tijuana is 10 mins away. Downtown Tijuana is 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The house is located next to the freeway, so there's no traffic getting to and from things. There are also great restaurants nearby.
