Marina views are so enjoyable- condo has a front balcony off the bedrooms to listen to the surf at night, and a large beck balcony to enjoy happy hour. There is some construction noise and steps (3rd floor) for full disclosure yet neither will compromise your stay. I also provide a cleaning lady. There is a local CHEAP laundry to use because my washer does not drain properly. Location is A+ for walking, boat watching, and restaurants. Condo is across from Beachfront properties and you can walk to Dreams for a day pass if you want all inclusive resort option.
I’m a school principal who takes pride in my retirement retreat. I do not mind renting to like minds who need sun, relaxation, and peaceful enjoyment.
Free beach club included yet you will have to purchase something to use loungers under palapa. Pools, full service, and snorkeling are all wonderful. There is also a supermarket that you can walk to and take an inexpensive taxi back. Kitchen has clean quality cooking supplies if you’re interested.
