Kick back and relax in this peaceful, stylish space located in the brand new building of Syrena. This downtown condo is steps from everything you need while offering a perfect retreat from the busy downtown. The studio features a large screened in patio with comfortable sitting area, living room, and kitchen. The common areas have rooftop pool, BBQ, gym, outdoor dinning area, pool table and lounge area. Definitely the perfect place to vacation and experience everything Playa has to offer.

This trendy neighbourhood is where you want to be! Only a couple block walk and you can access anywhere you cant to in the downtown core area ( 5th avenue, grocery stores, and all the cute trendy stores and restaurants ) Dont need a car at this property!
