This is a brand new completed house, with ocean front, this is a perfect house for a getaway to relax and enjoy with your family!! Access to The Grand Mayan Palace where you will find a lot of activities there, such as pools, lazy river, Restaurants, bar, mini shop, golf course. Home has an excellent ocean view, and you step out of the property, and within a few steps it will be the beach. You will also be able to have a nice family time, you have a Gas Bbq Grill for dinner.
