The Villa is a recent Father and Daughter collaboration. Both San Diego based. Daughter is a research scientist in the medical field with an artistic flare, Dad a retired technical sales engineer with project experience. We are assisted with an On-Site Manager, Rafael.

Villa La Sirena offers a quaint, boho-hacienda experience. Enjoy affordable luxury in a funky water-front village. Refresh with terrace and balcony views of the Rio Horcones as it meets the Bay. The warm Mexican architecture features kitchenettes for easy meal preparation. Making the morning wakeup easier is complementary freshly brewed coffee and pan dulce or pastries at your door. There are 4 apartments available, each individually decorated – 2 One bedroom and 2 studios, just completely renovated with the addition of air conditioning. Only 20 minutes from Old Town Puerto Vallarta, yet so much different. A traditional Mexican village, offering a relaxed uncommercial stay. It is a small, rustic, bustling fishing village. The Malecon location offers easy walks within Boca de Tomatlan. Palapa restaurants, taco stands, cafes, and markets just minutes from the Villa. Consider Boca as your headquarters for your venturing, traditional Mexican dining and resting after a busy day.
