A clean, comfortable and affordable 3rd floor units with superb pool views and easy access, perfect for families with kids and seniors. There is also a private parking provided on the ground near to entrance. This is definitely a good place for your family holiday gatherings! Facilities: This 996 square feet condominium has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms:- * Living Room: - A comfortable sofa and Dining Table, a smart TV with NETFLIX available, Air-conditioner & fan. Provided WIFI 30Mbps high speed internet; * Kitchen:- Microwave, Rice Cooker, Kettle, Refrigerator and washing machine also provided; * Master Bedroom:- Air-conditioner room, a Queen-sized Bed + a Super Single size bed with open designed wardrobe clothes+table rack, and hair dryer; * Second Room:- Air-conditioner room, a Queen sized bed with open clothes rack; * Third Room:- Air-conditioner room, a Queen sized bed with open clothes rack; * Bathrooms- Shower with water heater, shampoo provided. Perfect for a family size of 4-7 people. 1 free Parking Lot is provided at Ground near to entrance. Another Private Lot can be provided upon request (foc) Security deposit will be collected upon arrival and fully refundable prior no damage.
