Great day and welcome to all my Guest. I am hosting those Sekinchan Homestay (as photo attached) included MY SEAVIEW UNIT as well. After you made the booking, you may contact me to select which UNIT that you are likely much (All subject to the date booking availability). Some units are with WIFI too. All the apartment with balcony face to SeaView at different level. All the apartments are very clean and tidy. Of course, this is the main point which looking for all Guest at anywhere included me. After made the booking, please contact Host for the check in instruction. The One Residence Sekinchan Condominium is c/w pool at 3rd floor. Pool at 3rd floor, Guest are welcome to use pool but must wear swimming suit and follow the rules at there. Here's the House Rules: 1) No pets are allowed 2) No events/parties are allowed 3) Adults must full vaccine 4) No cooking are allowed 5) Will collect RM 100 as refundable deposit upon check in, and to refund after check out within 3 hours through bank transfer, please provide your bank details.

My condo homestay is located at the middle of Sekinchan Town, besides the Police Station. You definitely can be reach to all interesting places in just a few minutes. There are the Redang Beach, Fish Village with fresh seafood/traditional food to buy and fresh seafood restaurant to enjoy. In addition, you may also go to Paddy View and others places. After the whole day travelling, is the relax time for Guest to take a breath at my unit. Rules as : 1) Please provide me you and driver details to register early. A)-Guest full name： B)-Ic number： C)-Car plate number : 1st car: 2nd car: I will fill up visitor form and meet you to check-in . ⏰Check in 3pm ⏰Check out 12pm 2. Shampoo and shower gels are both prepared. Guests are advised to bring your own towel as it helps to alleviate environmental burden, if can. 3. To collect RM100 as refundable deposit upon check-in, and to refund after check-out time 12pm in within 3 hours through bank transfer or TNG e-wallet, if there is NO lost of Access Card, damage or others, if have. Please provide your bank details or TNG. 4. Pool at 3rd floor , but need to wear swimming suit if play there and follow pool rules at there. Do not enter into lift in wet clothes. Failure of that, fine RM50 to be imposed by Management here. 5. Pool opening hours: Mon,Wed,Fri: 2pm-10pm Tues,Thurs,Sat,Sun: 8am-10pm 6. No pets are allowed No party/any decoration are allowed 7. For the check out, please drop keys into designated mailbox . Will send accordingly later. Remember to bring back all your belongings upon check out as we will NOT be held responsible for any lost.
