A cosy house with 4 charming bedrooms furnished with very comfortable queen sized beds and each with its own en suite. The bedrooms can accommodate a total of 11 people with an additional 4 people occupying the common space. The living room furnished with a Samsung 4K UHD Smart LED 55" TV with Netflix facilities and Free Turbo 300 Mbps Wifi.

This is gated and guarded community area. Safe and secured neighbourhood. Situated within the vibrant and thriving township of Bandar Puteri Puchong , 2 1/2-Story landed property. Ideal for family or business executives looking for quite place to unwind after a long day. IOI shopping Mall , Sunway Lagoon & Sunway Pyramid are a short drive away. Easy access to public transportation with the Bandar Puteri LRT station less than 1KM away.
