Newly renovated condominium located in a quiet and secure area. This fully furnished condominium is ideal and cozy for couples/small family/ travellers on budget ,who want to explore the heart of Kota kinabalu city and the unique places around it. At the same time guests also can enjoy the amenities provided to the residents such as swimming pool and gym.
Most of the time I leave the guests to their own plans. But if guest need any assistance guests can contact host for host live not far from the area
It is far from the hustle and bustle of city and located at the safe and quiet area .
The residential has no public busses. Guest need to have their own transport.
