Designer loft in convinient location near city center
I am living 10minutes away and always available to come by if needed.
It is a mixed development building (mall and residences) in a mature residential neighborhood. It has a good vibe from the local residence community and surrounding commercial areas. The area also has lot of food joints that are popular to the locals in KL.
Convinience is key feature as there is a mall with a big supermarket and restaurants attached to the building. Public transportation (Train/Metro and public bus station is right next to the building, 3minutes walking). The location itself is quite central, about of 15minutes drive to city center (KLCC)
