Please read as following before you book this unit. This unit is not allowed for quarantine purpose. This is non-smoking unit, smoking is strictly prohibited at my unit. Smoking at my balcony area is not allowed. Penalty of full deposit will be charged if we found evidence of guest smoking inside my property. Strictly no partying, no illegal activities, Quiet time after 10pm. A damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer only. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. 1-2 days, Damage deposit is RM100. 3-4 days onwards, Damage deposit is RM200. 5 days onwards, Damage deposit is RM500.
