A clean, comfortable and affordable ground floor units with superb pool views and easy access, perfect for families with kids and seniors. There is also a private parking provided on the ground floor too. This is definitely a good place for your family holiday gatherings! Facilities: This 968 square feet condominium has 2+1 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms:- * Living Room: - A comfortable sofa bed and Dining Table, a smart TV with NETFLIX available, Air-conditioner & fan. Provided UNIFI 30Mbps high speed internet; * Kitchen:- Build-in kitchen cabinet with Panasonic Alkaline filtered water. Refrigerator provided, washing machine provided; * Master Bedroom:- Air-conditioner room, a King-sized Bed + a Single size bed with open designed wardrobe clothes rack, a drawer, and hair dryer; * Second Room:- Air-conditioner room, a Queen sized bed + a Single size Bed with open designed wardrobe clothes rack; * Third Room:- Ceiling fan room, a Single size Bed with open designed wardrobe. * Bathrooms- Shower with water heater, shampoo and body wash provided. Perfect for a family size of 4-7 people.
