We welcome you to book and experience our Greenage Homestay. The interior decoration is designed in a cozy style, and guests can enjoy the facility on the top floor (11th floor) of Sutera Avenue at Kota Kinabalu , where guests can swim and has a children's pool to play. Guest can enjoy fitness room facilities ( It's free for the guest! ). In the evening, you can enjoy the most spectacular sunset in Kota Kinabalu while you're swimming at the rooftop! The location of Sutera Avenue Kota Kinabalu is only roughly about 10 minutes by car (7.2 km) to Kota Kinabalu International Airport. You can use the skywalk, which takes about 6 minutes to reach the most popular IMAGO shopping mall in Kota Kinabalu. Its a place for dining and shopping.
