Jeff and Ricky Homestay is officially created on March 2019 but we have been operating under different account since 2016.
Jeff and Ricky Homestay is created to provide a temporary second home to all our guest from all over the world.
As for today May 2022, we already have 48 unit homestay that is providing short stay to all our guest.
We hope to have more unit of homestay in kuching so can provide more space to our guest staying here in kuching.
We communicate through airbnb and whats app.
The arriving day we will send you a self check in guide for your convenient.
All our condominium come with 1 car park.
Additional car park will need to park at the mall.

Jazz suite consist of 600+ unit condominium hence is a mixed varieties of guest from all over the world.
From airport to our condominium without traffic jam will only take you 10 minute to arrive.
We are located at the centre of Kuching hence if you want to go to the waterfront, it will take you 10 minute drive.
Our condominium is GRAB ready 24 hour. We do have GRAB Drop Off/Pick up location for easily taking grab.
If you are here for medical facilities, Borneo Medical Centre, KPJ Specialist, Sarawak Government hospital is all less than 10 minute drive.
For foods and entertainment, just one lift to the lobby and you can enjoy it all.
If you are looking for getaway like beaches and mountain, we can arrange daily car rental or daily tour.
Nearest beach is at DAMAI BEACH RESORT.
Nearest mountain walk or mountain climbing we have Matang Mount Singai for morning walk which located just 30 minute drive.
We also have Santubong Mountain for extreme climbing which usually take 5 to 6 hour climb!
