Property information

-Allow up to 12 people with children, more then 12 people will be charged an extra RM30/ppl. -Deposit RM300 will collect before check in, after check-out checking the house no problem will refund the deposit within 48 hour. -Check in time start from 3pm. Check out time is 11am, we have extend charge if late check out. -use swimming pool must have swimsuit, and must change the dry clothes before use lift. -do not leave/thrown trash/shoe/anything at public area, like carpark, corridor out of unit. -Please keep it clean. -please stay quiet after 11pm. -Do not drink or eat food/snacks on the bed. If the bedding and bath towels are contaminated with food stains that are difficult to clean, the deposit will be deducted. -please cook at cooking area, if your room type allows cooking. after cooking please cleaning up. If not cleaned, a cleaning fee will be imposed. -Please take off your shoes when entering the house. -Please be careful to use the equipment provided by this house and pay for damages. -No smoking indoors, includes balcony and toilet. If there is a smell of smoke in the house, a minimum cleaning fee of RM60 will be charged. -please go to out side if you want to smoke, and clean the ash by yourself, don't throw cigarette butts.
