Company information

An avid traveler, who have experienced backpacking during younger days, budget to luxury travel. I have traveled to more than 30 countries and planning to cover more countries in the near future.

Property information

The homestay is located above my restaurant. This unit is definitely very suitable for big group like students, or huge family groups. It has 2 dorms ( 5 units of bunk beds for each dorm, thus 10 pax per dorm) and 2 units of queen bedrooms, 4 shared bathrooms, full fledged kitchen, living room, The homestay can sleep 24 pax. private entrance and free and paid parking on site. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available at an extra cost a the restaurant at our restaurant, The Bulatan Cafe at the ground floor. The location is very convenient, where Saberkas Night Market is just steps away, our own restaurant, The Bulatan Cafe is located on the ground floor, paid laundry is also at the same block. 7-11, and many restaurants are also around the area. There are free parking behind the restaurant and paid parking in front of the restaurant.

Neighbourhood information

The homestay is centrally located at Saberkas Commercial Center which is only between 10-20 mins to Miri City Center, Lutong Town, Permy Jaya and Miri Airport . The commercial center has the biggest Saberkas Night Market which opens almost daily except Monday and Tuesday, Everrise supermarket, which is one of the biggest supermarket chains throughout Sarawak, 7-11, laundry, cold storage, vegetable shops, workshops, spa, beauty centers, bakery, many restaurants (halal & non-halal) and many more. Essentially it is a self-sufficient commercial center where you can get everything within walking distance. Bulatan Park is also a walking distance and it is a great place for jogging and walking.
