MAGNOLIA 1 HOMESTAY is a new exciting property at Kampung Tembila, Besut, Terengganu. It is centrally located on the main East Coast route and close to many tourist attractions, UniSZA and Knowledge Park Besut. It is located in a quiet and tranquil village in besut, which is not far from local attraction and Kuala Besut Jetty or those looking for some relaxation and excitement at Perhentian island, which is one of the biggest attraction in Besut. It consisted of 3 bedroom house, with open living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen. It comes fully furnished and SUITABLE FOR 6 ADULTS SHARING. All rooms have air-cond. Off-street parking also available for 2 cars. This property has just undergone an extensive renovation to satisfy the needs of guests. The decoration is simple and has a mixture of east and west influences, from past and recent travels. We put a Lot of ideas and effort to make this house attractive and comfortable for our guests! We are very excited to welcome you to our homestay! Hope you can relax and enjoy at magnolia 1 Homestay. FINALLY PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE 10 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE JETTY AT KUALA BESUT and there is no public transport nearby.

We provided a friendly and professional service to our guests. Our property is not suitable for big party more than 6 people.

This property is located in the quiet village, kampung Tembila. The nearest town is kampung Raja, where there are supermarket, 7-eleven, KFC and restaurants. very close to Unisza campus and Bukit Bubus paragliding Park, a new activity centre in Besut.
