Our Hotel name is Marina Vacation Condos and all our apartments are located at Marina Court Resort. Marina Court Resort is strategically located in the heart of Kota Kinabalu city along the busy tourist belt where malls, waterfront, best place to watch sunset, night life, restaurants, pub, cafe, banks, money changer,Filipino Market and jetty all within short walking distance

Neighbourhood information

Big Malls such as Imago and Suria are 10 minutes away from here. Gaya Street is 10 minutes walk from here. HardRock is just opposite our main entrance. Jesselton Harbour is 20minutes walk away. Famous Welcome Seafood Restaurants is mere 15minutes walk away. KK Night Life is just opposite right at the waterfront, ideal place to watch sunset too.Money changer shops can be found at Wisma Merdeka.Muslims food is right behind at Api-Api centre whereby there are many restaurants and cafe serving halal food. For those who fancy Bah Kut Teh (Non Halal)2 well known shops serving bah Kut Teh are located at Gaya Street and Jalan Pantai
