Please read before you book, - this unit is not allowed for quarantine purpose. - Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 11am. - Quiet time after 10pm - Strictly no smoking and party inside the unit. - Strictly no illegal activities inside the unit. - Kitchen are only for light cooking. - late check out charges; RM30 per hour. All guest must pay damages deposit upon arrival. To avoid c19, all deposit shall pay by online banking only. Deposit is refundable, if guest follow the house rules. Such as no smoking, all kind of damages, lost of unit key etc. 1 day - 2 days, Damages deposit is RM100. 3-4 days onwards, Damages Deposit is RM200. 5 days onwards, Damages Deposit is RM500. Please read as following before you book this unit, This is non-smoking unit, smoking is strictly prohibited at my unit. Smoking at my balcony area is not allowed. Penalty of full deposit will be charged if we found evidence of guest smoking inside my property. Strictly no partying, no illegal activities.
