It has been my dream to host a place for travelers to stay with cleanliness and hygiene in mind, low cost and specially presented with Malaysian hospitality.

7-Room Exec House (Rumahku Express Homestay) is located at the historic city center in Penang which is accorded a listing as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. Komtar Tower, the tallest skyscraper in Penang which actually consist of a multipurpose complex, comprising administrative offices of Penang state government, retail outlets, and more than 18 themed attractions in The Top Penang indoor theme park is actually 300 meters away from homestay.
As our property is located in a vibrant area, occasional noise from nearby bars or clubs can occur.
