Pat's Place is a 3 storey building consisting of 6 units of contemporary 3 & 4 bedrooms apartments. It is located about 1 km from the city and a 5-minutes walking distance to a shopping complex. Public transport is easily available. It is a new building constructed in 2015.
The apartments are located in a quiet neigbourhood, consisting mainly of residential bungalows. Guests may buy fresh organic vegetables just across the street. The Catholic church is a 5-minutes walking distance from the apartments. The State Museum is about a kilometer away.
