A cozy, comfy, clean and fully-furnished terrace with 2 car parks.
Easy access to many places. It is 15 mins from highway, 5 mins to Mcd and KFC Simpang, 10 mins to Taiping Town, 20 mins to Kuala Sepetang.
My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups. We have a big space of living room, 2 parking space inside house and you may park outside if there is extra cars. The neighborhood are very friendly as well.

We do provides water heater in all of the bathrooms.
eMily. Aperson that love to chill at home on her free time. She do travel around when she need some fresh air. Food is the priority when she travel to a new place. She is a traveler as well as a host.
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
