The double-storey terrace house has 4 bedrooms and 3 washrooms. The master bedroom and living room are air-conditioned. The place is located in the State of Sarawak administration area. We provided all household facilities to ease the guest. The house provided two cars parked inside the gate and another two cars could be parked outside the gate. The house is very easy to access to any extractions area in Kuching North City and Kuching South Kuching.
The area is located near the town where mostly Malay and Iban communities lived (North Kuching City). Near to the State administration centre, schools, shopping Malls, State stadium, State library, State mosallah and restaurants. Accessible to Grab, Maxcim, and food panda services
