The Ooak Suites located in the Heart of Mont Kiara with direct access to the Kiara 163 Retail Mall (Supermarket; Jaya Grocer, Food and Beverages, Health and Beauty etc). Walking distance to Plaza Mont Kiara, 1 Mont Kiara. 5-10 Min Drive to Gardens International School, Mont Kiara International School, Solaris Mont Kiara and MATRADE Exhibition and Convention Centre. Outdoor swimming pool is located at LG5, comes together with Jacuzzi and hot bath. A Gymnasium with modern cardio and weightlifting equipment is located on the same floor as the swimming pool. This new service apartment comes with 1 bedroom, a kitchen with a fridge and built-in hob and hood, washer and dryer and a flat-screen smart TV, a seating area and 1 bathroom equipped with bathtub and a bidet. Towels and bed linen and amenities are featured in the apartment. Last but not least, we are offering kitchenware with cutleries, coffee and tea facilities and drinking water.
