Located at the heart of Bandar Seri Iskandar, perak where UiTM, UTP, IKBN, Navy base and other major landmarks are within 5km radius.
If you are visiting for a Convocation or attending an event nearby, this unit is most convenient to live at for a short stay. All food banks are nearby (KFC, McD, Pizza Hut etc)
