With free Public limited-speed WiFi+, this resort offers a private beach area. There are 2 rooms and the living room has a spacious balcony.

1. Need to collect a TVP pass before check-in. We will send you the address to collect the pass. You collect the pass anytime.
2. Every additional guest will be imposed RM50/pax when exceeding the limit maximum no of occupancy
3. One free car park is provided. Every additional car will be charged RM30 per day for overnight parking.
4. Upon entering Tiara Desaru Residences, the guest/visitor shall show the pass to security as well as the House key and IC for security purposes.
5. Non-designated parking is prohibited such as turning circles, bus stops, roadways, yellow lines and etc.
6. The pass must be clearly displayed at all times on the front windscreen of your vehicle so that the complete permit can be seen for inspection. Failure to do so may result in.
