Welcome to our home! Our apartment is located on 7th floor in Jazz 4 Suites directly above Vivacity Megamall with amazing city views. We can comfortably host up to 8 people in this unit be it couples, for family vacations or a business trip. Jazz Suites is located close to: airport (5 km), Borneo Medical Center (2km), City center (5km), Swinburne University (2km), and Unimas (10km). **We have other units in this building. Let us know if you need units close to each other for big groups.** The apartment has the following amenities: All rooms come with air conditioning. Bedroom 1 – This is the master bedroom which comes with TWO Super single sized beds, its own bathroom and a closet. The room comes with all essentials (pillows, blankets, mirror, hair dryer). Bedroom 2 – This is the second bedroom which comes with 1 Queen bed, closet and dressing table. Bedroom 3 - This is a cosy bedroom, which comes with a Single size bed and single bed 2 Bathrooms – We provide water heater, towels, shampoo, body shampoo, and toilet paper for your convenience. Kitchen – Refrigerator, pots and pans for LIGHT cooking only(we have an electric stove), fridge serving utensils, cups, a microwave and electric kettle.
