Located in a safe neighborhood. Close to Welwitchia Hopsital, city center, dunes mall, police station, municipality and Jan Wilken Sports stadium 🏟 Very spacious and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is a bit small but, sufficient the shower is 1mx1m. Reservations are only secured once 50% deposit is made or full payment. Full payment is due at check in. ID is required at check in and completing the guests register book. There is CCTV surveillance all around the property except in guests room.
The neighborhood is safe, however don't put your guards down.
