Whenever you choose to stay with us, my team and I are available to receive you into a home away from home where your comfort is our priority.

Experience a blend of class, space, and intentional furnishing for your maximum comfort in my Attic Studio Apartment. The stairway exudes Royalty and magnificence, overseeing a play ground replete with a table tennis, snooker board, TV game corner and a Gym. It runs fully on a solar powered inverter, standby generator and a relatively stable power supply. Apartment has air conditioning unit, water heater and a fully equipped open plan kitchen

Neighbourhood information

Early morning or evening fitness stroll within the well paved neighborhood is enjoyable. The Estate is within a good distance to the airport and town centre and it boasts of a park, grocery outlets, restaurants, Children’s play pen, day care centres, hospital etc all within a safe and walking distances to the apartment.
