The house is located about 2.5 km north from Amsterdam central station and equipped with everything: high-speed WIFI internet, TV, washing & dry wash machine, fridge and kitchen appliances. The house has front and back garden and 2 bathrooms. One bath room has toilet and sinks, the other bathroom has toilet/bidet, sinks and shower. Close to the cool and trendy places in northern Amsterdam with long promenades, new restaurants, stone beaches for sunbathing, new swimming pools and green parks. Perfect for a vacation or a stay in an accommodation just 5 minutes from the center. Also ideal for business travelers, as the main train station is only a few minutes away. The apartment can be reached by train from Schipol Airport without any problems, as it is only 2.5 km from the main train station. The closest bus stop is a 1.5 minute walk away. The bus runs every 5 mins to metro station Noorder park. Daily and night buses available. The closest free 24/7 ferry service to Amsterdam central station is about 10 minutes by bike. Paid street parking is possible. Smoking is allowed only in common areas and outside.
I am easy going and well knowing Amsterdam and surroundings. Always great to give the right directions to guests.
