The campsite is located on a small 2 km from the historic town of Veere, where you can enjoy all day of the versatility Veere has to offer. Beautiful buildings, ancient Streets, many terraces and shops full of trikets and gadgets. There are also bicvles for rent in Veere. There is also a fine beach at the lake of Veere this is very suitable for families with children. Beautiful hiking trails with pull raft beyond the ramparts where you see Veere from a different view. Be sure to visit the stone Bear and the Scottish Homes and you can climb the Dom. Every Tuesday in July and August there is a historic market in the center. From the Chalet you can also enjoy Middelburg cycling through the polder roads along pastures. where cows and beef cattle walk out. Middelburg is 5 km away and has a wide range of shops and every Thuresday is market day.
